Recommend me a coat, NS!

Dear NS, I know you guys know everything about outerwear so i figured if i came to you guys with a specific set of criteria i'd like in a new coat, you guys would probably be able to provide me with a plethora of options. Anyways heres the stuff that i'd like to see in a possible coat option:

Plain old black, nothing fancy or flashy

36" Zipper length

~20k/20k. 15 is probably good, 10 is too low

not fat

not insulated

I know all of you guys are thinking "SAGA!" but the large is 34 inches and the xl is something stupid like 39 inches or something rediculous. I'm 6'0 and pretty skinny so i'm right where L doesnt look "steezy" enough and XL looks like a flippin cape.

Show me your magic, NS. I want something that goes right to my fingertips

the sessions humphreys jacket this year, looks sicker than hell, wish id jumped on this rather than new armada!
 
armada spectrum in XXL maybe? 15k/10k. comes in black. i use mine in the pnw and absolutely love it. kept my dry during a beastly rain/wind storm on hood in august
 
anybody know the length of an XL oakley loubet? The other coats posted in the thread are definitely looking good too
 
pretty sure the loubet is a 36" zipper

but tall stuff by orage (XXL is 37) XXL team fit burton (dusnt fit that slim though but its fine skiing), moment, armada tall fit
 
i cannot find any damn relevant information on google for lengths of the new "anorak" fit oakley stuff and whether i should shoot for XL or XXL. Freakin internet

except large sizes of true aren't jibber fit, they're just meant for big people, so they'll be wider and longer
 
trew would be sick, but i'm skinny as fuck. What i want is a longer, skinnier coat and trew is more "regular" length. something like the corked or fari jacket might work with their anorak sizing, but i cant find any decent length information on there anywhere. Oakley's sizing chart on their site is garbage, it just says that for an XXL i should be 6'2-6'5, or for sizes small-XL I should be 5'10-6'4 lol wut?!

Awesome info oakley, way to throw 5 different sizes under one height that i should fall under, then have part of your range fall under the xxl range
 
moment is exactly what you are looking. check out the elko jacket in black. slimmer, bit longer fit, i got the double x tall and it is 36 -37 inches long 15k and super quality.

 
i'm 6'1 ish, 155 lbs I have a 32" zippered coat and it sits about mid-palm so another 4 inches would be money. Are you talking about oakley stuff?
 
The black saga is sold out in every size so this doesn't matter, but the zipper starts around the nose so the measurements are kinda deceiving. I'm 6'2" and my XL goes about bid thigh, maybe higher.
 
Their actual clothes fit normal or even a bit on the small side, but I had a few oakley jackets in middle school and I always thought that the tags were wrong because my mindset wasn't wide enough to think that there isn't a universal sizing chart. haha
