Shamelessly stole this from 10 and 2, but idc cause its a great one.

although not underground, black hole sun by soundgarten is about as psychadelic as you get, also the video is absurd.

Morgen, Bubble Puppy, Tame Impala, Atomic Rooster, Pluto, Pink Floyd, Suck, and just search for psychedelic rock playlists on youtube you'll be gucci.

I know youre looking for underground but it took me forever to realize that The Doors have so many songs that are absolutely fucked in the head that you would never had heard if you didnt listen to the entire album

tame impala's live album is fucking amazing even though i know you want underground. the pond project is another one of kevin parker's projects that is like tame impala and led zeppelin had a baby and is amazing imo, pretty much any band signed to spinning top records is a good bed for some good trippy shit. for pond, i would start with their song "man it feels like space again" and then the album "beards, wives, denim" i love it so fucking much.

If you remember LSM's segment from Partly Cloudy, they used Mind Flowers by Ultimate spinach. Their other music is pretty good too.

Look up ocean alley, they have a lowkey reggae, psychedelic rock vibe and it's fucking sick.

Check out Spaceface, they're super sick, not too popular (yet) and their frontman plays with the flaming lips. There's an interesting story behind it all. I don't know if someone already said this but Melody's Echo Chamber is someone else you should definitely check out.

fantastic list right here. I would like to add:

country joe and the fish- electric music for the mind and soul

traffics always great

the warlocks

I know it's already been mentioned but; THE BRIAN JONESTOWN MASSACRE

definitely my favourite band to have come out of the 90s, and they cover pretty much any form of rock between now and the 60s ( excluding metal n heavy shit like that) andloads of it would be considered psychedelic.

anyway heres one of their most psychedelic songs ime, but even if you don't like it try their other shit out as well if you have any interest in rock in general you will find a song of theirs you like. Just search em up on youtube and listen to the top results or just listen to take it from the man (their best album imo). Especially straight up and down, which is like 11 mins of pure cool.

anyway this is fingertips:
