Can agree with this for someone having a gh3. Pictures in sunlight arent too bad but other than that they arnt that good

For forever canon has "downscaled" their 1080p so that is is ~900p

Only their cinema line has true 1080p

Hm interesting. I was gonna try and get into filming with it this summer, but maybe I'll invest in a GH3 instead. The only problem is I've already got a decent canon lens set

You don't have to get a new camera just for filming. Billions of quality movies have been produced on canon so you should be fine

Its not about the gear, its about the story/content

Alright cool. As long as it doesn't produce shit quality which I guess 900 is still good.
