i used to ski because it was fun and a really great atmosphere.
and then i got to doing park and it became an addiction. i am still trying to recover... the irony is that i got into park skiing, while at big sky, montana because i had a bad fall off of the peak and it sketched me out from going back up there for the rest of the season..that was my first day there and from then on i started doing park stuff and it became my purpose in skiing.. first to hit a kicker, then to hit a bigger one and bigger one, then to learn a 180, a box, a rail... then bigger spins and bigger jumps..i became a tool..hiking features endlessly...
right now i am trying to get back and relax and try to ski for the fun of it and to enjoy the outdoors instead of trying to go bigger and spin better every time..
true story...
