Really Nordica????

Surprised no one has brought up that wack job Franchino, that kid sucks!

My next skis will probably be Nordica.... gotta support the boys! Good marketing works.

So you're hating on them by getting more involved than ever with the freeski industry specifically the core industry, signing guys like Kieran McVeigh and Jeremie Vellieux. I'm at a loss of words as to why you're complaining, they're doing only good things.

good tings from Nordica, quit the hate.. i have a pair of 2011 ace of spades that I love. They make sick skis and in big sizes.

Props to them and everyone lucky enough to have gotten to join the team.

I love how people think nordica "took people from line". did it ever occur to anyone that the line riders contacted nordica. Came to them and saw if something could potentially work?

people jump to dumb conclusions.

I like what Nordica's done for their image and their skiers. Now If they made a fat, soft, zero or reverse camber ski I would consider their products..

What Evan Williams has done with a major ski company (that has been around FOREVER) in half a season is remarkable.

Think about any company out there that is just kinda wack. You think, wow, they really need to change their lame graphics, pick up some dope riders, and focus their efforts and dollars on a cooler and more important aspect of the sport (i.e., filming). How often is that kind of transformation successfully pulled off? Nevermind in half a season...

As far as picking apart a company's size, revenue, or corporate intentions (and, by the way, they ALL want to make money. even the MOST core)... who gives a fuck?

Bottom line... Evan has the dopest filing and editing skills around. He is about the farthest dude from selling out. Nordica scored big in getting him, and followed it up even bigger by actually listening to him.

Pretty happy all the comments went in the direction they did. Why on earth would anyone be upset about a company backing relatively unknown skiers and giving them the opportunity to expand that no one else is willing to do? Can't say anything about Nordica or it's motives but from the kids they've picked up and the media they've been putting out with them this year they seem to be working in a good direction.

Nordica makes great products. Good for them for doing an amazing job gaining exposure for these products while supporting awesome riders. Can't hate on their game at all.

I haven't been so excited on a group of riders in a very long time. Every edit that has come out from the Nordica team has been on point and they deserve all the credit they can get

I'm sure a few new pairs are still floating around. Or did you mean a real pow ski?

Oh I forgot about these, and the 2011 model has rocker in the tip and tail too.. I would consider these if I could get my hands on a pair for cheap:

thanks for pointing out the main offices are in NH, I try not to support any ski companies that don't operate near good skiing. Basing your office in a place like NH, or LA or sends the message that the company and it's workers don't care about skiing enough to make it a major priority in their life aside from profiting off it.

I bought some Nordica double six boots this year.

I went into the shop having previously tried SPK's on and was dead set on buying a pair of SPK

Well, side by side the double six's were by far the most comfortable boot I've ever worn right off the shelf, and I have worn a shit load of boots in my time. So I bought them and am extremely pleased with them.

I must add I have a plate, six screws and a wire holding my ankle together and they are still comfortable as fuck. Will buy from Nordica again, and would recommend the double six boots if you have a slightly wider than average foot. You won't be disappointed

Thanks, Nordica!

this, haha what a fucking idiot.

but thats fine, he can stay away from our "sub-par" skiing then. us NHers would rather you ski Alta or whatever shit you consider "good skiing".

still not seeing the problem here....

I mean a realize that you don't consider the east coast to be real skiing but that's just because you're a fucking idiot.

well im a big fan. i feel like nordica is making skiing fun again and their edits show that. i really like the way the Dead Moneys i picked up handle.. now if only evan would send me some soul riders...

the line team is to busy lighting fires and destroying stuff (The weak).

If you can't spell, people will not take you seriously. If I see a person using terrible grammar and punctuation, such as yourself, I just assume they are 10 and that their opinion is invalid.

Why be mad they are being prosperous? They make dope edits and sell good skis. Don't see why that would make anyone mad. If the shop I went to sold Nordica soul riders I probably would have gotten those instead of my blends. They are doing the right thing so yeah I want to support them

Can anyone tell me if jake doan is now sponsored by nordica? it looked like he was riding them in his latest edit.

Good stuff, thanks for the great videos you guys have been putting out this year. Left this comment on the most recent Nordica video but will echo it here: would be great to see some of the freestyle team out of the terrain park next year, be that the same athletes or some other guys you have.

Cheers

Been wondering the same thing. It is possible that he just got a pair from Dale though...I guess we'll have to see.

This made me laugh.
