Getttt the money! Sell your liver, sell your friend's car. Whatever you gotta do, sacking up and buying an expensive DH bike is the best decision you can ever make. Whole new realms of fun await you.
 
Slick rig. I'm looking at selling my Turner DHR but I have my eye on the Trek Session for now. If you've been to the Mtn Ranks shuttle days I think I may have met you (was talking to a guy at the last one with a Demo that looked like that and said he might be selling). Pretty nice price point considering the fork alone is worth about half of the total asking price.
 
Ya I do remember talking to you!! Thought you had that puppy sold already, I asked Jameson later about you but it sounded like you were pretty stoked on tracking down a deal on a trek. If you change your mind though hit me up! It is a crazy deal for the components, and it's even a 83mm BB spaced out so everything except the rear hub would carry over to a new frame no sweat if you wanted to upgrade that later.

That is another option I'm mulling over for myself, but I can also proform a bike through work now (got this one before the job) so if I can sell this one it really makes sense to just send it and get a complete bike on proform.
 
haha yeah I did have it sold but I kept thinking back on what Jamo kept reminding me of (my asking price was less than what the fork alone is worth), and then the dude lowballed me when I'd already put a ridiculously low price on it, so I said no deal and basically took it off the market. At this point I'm leaning towards trying to find a frameset this winter when some of the shops need to clear inventory and just using my existing parts to build it up.
 
Ya, used DH bikes are tough to move if they are more than a season old I'm learning haha. Everyone wants the latest and greatest, guess the economy is doing better!
