its a sidewall ski. the same thing happens to any other sidewall ski, such at the PE's or TM's or scratches. deal with it, it doesnt change how they ski (very poorly if my opinion counts for anything)

 
When I bought them (slightly used) there were little scratches on the top sheet,nothing else,and nothing happened since. It's a great ski,not optimum for butters though (my shins hurt so bad right now) but it's much easier to handle than I thought after reading threads in this forum,so never listen to what someone says about a ski,it's all about personal taste and the way you ski.

i asked a kid i met today, he said he liked em and they were great skis, so i dunno but from what i've heard the chipping or w/e is only cosmetic so it dont effect the ski, email the company im sure they'd be happy to hear ur feedback i mean if they get 30 emails giving 'CONSTRUCTIVE' advice they might work on their design, dont just say 'this ski sucks' explain what u ski, the conditions, and other things it could really help
