Re-epoxying ripped out binding screws?

So I managed to tear out the two screws the furthest back on one of the heel pieces on my STH 14s (drivers) but the front screws are still snug since they got heli coils. I basically just need one more day out of them for closing day. The skis have been re-mounted a couple times with STHs and Dynafits so there are so many fucking holes in the skis I can't really re-mount.

I am thinking of pulling out those two ripped out screws, filling the mostly stripped holes with marine grade epoxy, then just screwing them back in and letting it cure for a few days.

Has anyone tried this before/has it worked? Has anyone not tried it before but has the credentials to call me an idiot anyway?

Epoxy won't do much in a hole that's already had the screws rip out - really need a helicoil.

I mean you could epoxy them and it would probably hold up for a day but you won't be able to remove the screws cleanly to fix it properly at a later time.

You will more then likly just rip the screws and all the expoxy back out destroying that area. A pulle out acre hole will be fairly smooth so the epoxy won't have any thing to grip onto.

the best thing to do is just get them helicoiled or just borrow some skis for the last day.

Same thing happened to me except I need the skis to last the whole summer. The ski core was mush and had a bad pull out. Skis had been mounted 3-4 times, so like you no place to remount. So, I took a ton of super glue, glued the plastic where the axial 2 piece had snapped, put a ton more glue in the hole let it soak it up for a sec, put more glue in, ever so gently screwed the binding heel back and boom. I've been a abusing them ever since and have had no problems. As for getting the screws out, you probly won't be able to.. Or if you absolutely need your binding off in the future and don't care about the ski, take the claw of a hammer and get underneath there and rip it out. - that's what my plan is if I ever need my axials off my summer setup skis
