it would be cooler if you could rate somebody's forum that they posted. so when your looking at all the choices you know which one to pick becuase of it's rating.

How about, in each members profile there is like an average (1,2,3,4,5 out of 5 stars) of all the media you have uploaded, measuring the quality of photos and vids. That is...once video ratings get put in place.

I see where you're getting at, but personally I think it's better to just rate things individually. I'm fine with people rating my pictures and whatnot, but it's a different story when people are rating, basically, me. I don't see any real reason for it.
