i agree, but its also pretty fucked up that only the guy can get fucked over for it. like if she wanted it real bad and you fuck her and then she puts you in jail.. it's happened and its fucked up for sure
 
Ugh, I fucking hate this bullshit. I don't give a fuck what the law says, if a bitch gets fucking wasted and then consents to having sex, it should NOT be considered rape.

Seriously, what the fuck, consider this:

Bitch goes to a party, wants the cock bad, gets fucking tanked (or *acts* like she is), gets some unsuspecting dickhead to fuck her clueless. Wakes up in the morning and says "Ohh.. I was drunk, it's not my fault!" BAM the dude is fucking ruined. It's like getting drunk and driving a truck into a bus load of orphans. You can't be excused for your actions because you drank. You made a fucking choice to drink, you have to accept the consequences.

I agree 100% that if the chick is loaded, and the dude aint, it's fucking wrong, unless it's with your regular sexual partner, etc.

Rape is wrong, but when it's not rape, it's not wrong..
 
I think the situation most are referring to are when the girl is having a good time, starts to get a little under the weather, a guy goes to "take care of her" and then starts making moves on her, at least that's what I find to be more common.

I remember hearing this at one of the grad parties I went to:

"Come on *girl's name*, let's go into the bush, come on, you have to go pee, I'll take you there and you go pee and I'll make sure no one sees you."

"No *guy's name*, I'm fine"

"No, you HAVE to go pee."

I think he wanted to watch her pee... not rape, but still taking advantage of the girl cause he wanted to look at her nakie parts while she's drunk.
