petestrumentals is an instrumental album by pete rock I think you'll like.

And Ratatat, which is not really rap, but I think one guy plays the guitar and the other guy produces/makes beats out of the stuff he does and they have some good stuff (ie seventeen years and wildcat.)

I also like some stuff out there by Photek who I guess is just kinda like a beat maker and does some remixes

9th Wonder, J Dilla, umm Madlib are some good producers and have some good instrumentals out there too. Thats more rap stuff.

I know you can could probably find the instrumentals of whatever songs/albums you like (like without the rap) if you searched around and youtube has a ton of great stuff just type in an artist and instrumental and you'll get some great stuff and I know theres a program that can take those songs off youtube.

Its pretty easy to find, and its better then the non instrumental version
