my resort has been strugling with high temps to make snow and it just keeps melting, so we have only like 3 runs open (which a very low base) with some dry spots on the runs. we havent had ANY SNOW ALL season! and now it is pooring rain.. it really sucks... i hear up in northern cal you guys are in heaven though, well besides the flooding at lower levels.
 
that does suck, im going skiing in the rain right now though, the part about the NO SNOW sucks, i don't mind rain
 
ITS MELTING RIGHT NOW!!!

I just built a jump in my yard and am waiting for a cold enough day to hit it. But the weather sucks.
 
the last three times ive skied have been in the rain... im happy as long as there is snow under my feet
 
it's coming down pretty good here in PA, i wanted to go skiing today. But I'm not taking my old Siver Ten4 out there (3,000 mm waterproofing). Don't have my new burton jacket yet. We normally get a january thaw, but this is rediculous.
 
yeah really, i was so excited at the begining of the season w. the snow we got but now its like in the 40s , wtf
 
it snowed hard in november n stuck until it rained 2 days before christmas. now there's no snow n it's grey everywhere n looks like shit. There's a hole in the o-zone over my city (muskegon). I don't believe in global warming stuff yet but i'm starting to
 
My resort closed, they got the idea after all of the instructors decided to come in with our swim suits on. I guess we pursuaded them that we couldn't take teaching lessons in the pouring rain much longer. We had like one solid run that had enough snow to go on anyways.
 
yeah it was raining here at Baker like a week ago... but then the freezing level dropped and its snowing again... Its fucking global warming
 
yea iam from PA too and its raining sucks...we better get some snow soon i wana go skiing this weekend!
 
man i feel your pain it was like - 5 for about a week and then the next week its like 50 above and we have barley any snow and its raining like twice a week
