DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT LEAN BACK WHEN YOU RAILSLIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was doing it wrong all last season and i just learned how to railslide correctly a few days ago. lean forward, if anything, because when you pop off the lip of the jump and spin 90, then you automatically go backseat, and you need to lean forward to counteract that motion, especially on a down-sloped rail, then you really need to lean forward.

eh?

ouch, no way im going to do spread eagle on rails. i already nutted myself last time, but i have to try that lean forward and look at the end of the rail thing... thanks heaps

try to land on the rail with your wieght centered over your feet. If anything, slightly more on your front foot. Also don't jump any higher than the rail if don't have to.

ya dude stay low with your legs spread a little more than shoulder width, the faster the easier

>insert menacing laugh here

don't lean back, you need a bit of speed but not to much. The key is definateley to lean forward and keep your eyes on the end of the rail - also relax your body and try not to stiffen to much while sliding. Its alot easier and looks smoother if you try and relax your body

Getting caught with your penis up an Elephant's ass is about as much fun as AIDS

god i hate rails, that's what i worked on pretty much all of camp and i still can't get them, i just need practice

a way to get your balance right is to hop on the rail dont jump on. when you come to the lip, bring your front sliding foot up and hop of your back foot. your front ski should land on the rail first. this will make the balance easy and you wont keep rotating on the rail. just yo wait till i load my rail segment from the camp of champs video. youl lall cream your pants

side step up the jump and onto the rail solwly move yourself across the rail with tiny baby steps till your in the middle. you can have your poles on the ground for balance. then when your there, stand up and feel the angle of what you are standing on. you can only really do this on gradual rails, but it seriously helps. stand there for like 2 or 3 minutes or until you have it permanently dialed in your brain that this is the angle you must be at. when going to hit the rail, remember the angle you were at, lower your hands near you knees and crouch, but keep you wait centered and feet alittle more than shoulder width apart. seriously pepe taught us rails at high north this year along with seth, and this is exactly how the told us to do it. keep your hand in front of you approaching the rail jump off your toes ( but only enought to get on the rail if you feel your hitting hard then you've gon to high). this should help if it doesn't your fucked. also remeber that when carrying speed you go fater, therefore postion your body a little forward to componsate for the speed. you also want to know if the rail is slippery or not. cause it sucks when its sticky and you have your weight forward you'll fall on your face. peace ni**a

ill keep it simple. keep your back leg/foot outside of your back shoulder. tanner exaggerates it. you will never fall.

think i said this in another thread, dont be gay sparky

THE SPRINKLER: get butt naked and then do a 1260 while taking a piss, i expect this trick to win many comps this coming season.
