Rails or Jumps?

Rails, less consequence to get good at them. Jumps you basically need training outside of skiing on tramps or cliff jumping

I get the argument for rails, but nothing feels nicer than floating some 3s or 5s on good jumps.

I love jumps but the body can only take so much of it, and there is more consequences with jumps. For that reason rails in most days unless it’s sunny and soft, or spring slush

everyone justifying a rail vote in the comments is basically admitting they are a pussy in their own unique way. cool

I have friends that will never hit rails and just rip jumps all day. Lucky live in Whistler where that is possible. Nothing like floating 30/40/50 fters. Greasing a long ass rail is dope but just can't compare.

Feel like it really depends on your mountain, I'll do both. If its flat light do rails all day, if it is sunny and the rails get sticky then jumps

Bone on bone knees, jumping hurts. Flat landings in general hurt.

When you're old whatever you can get away with without hurting yourself on any particular day is what's up, even if it's just laying down some sweet carves.
