Rail variations in videos

Does anyone who has insider info on any videos, or just someone who wants to make an educated guess know if there will be any skiers using a variety of railslides (tail, nose, 1 foot, other stuff i dont know about), or is it gonna be another year of switchups and spins on and off?

 
man i dont know, but i hope we see some variety. especially presses, thats where rails need to start going. i'd be willing to bet that plehouse will have alot of rail variation...and probably offtrail as well.

just as long as theres no royal grinds. They look hard, but they look bad too. at least in my opinion

In Teddybear they had like a tail press 270 off thing that looked rather sick

I agree with whoever said skiing needs to go towards nose, tails presses. If I ever see 270-nose press on an urban rail like boarders do I would jiz myself.

since fruit booting does not have any style i think we should stay away from "royal" grinds, keep to slides that look smooth.

skiing definitely needs to see more presses, royales, and on foot slides, and i don't doubt that we will.

I guess there will be a few urban railz variation in $dirty money$

Presses are really hard to make look good and on purpose after a spin. Doing that shit on park rails (or box )is one thing but stepping it up to bigger stuff like longuer rails and/or urban rails is mad gettho. Plus, it would probably look relally dumb.

It could look ok on a ledge but I dont think much people would wanna try that on something with consequences.

royales are both feet tipped so its like you are slipping out.

i think we are going to see an overall step up in rails in every area. it just depends on whitch skier we're talking about for if it is presses or switch ups or more rollerblading stuff. like pep and tanner seem to be down with the presses but a lot of the frenchies like gagnier and the superunknown zicat guy are down with the more rollerblading stuff. but for sure rails on skis are pretty limited right now so hopefully someone will have an amayzing seg witth mind bogglingly new shit on rails..not just spins either, i think that would be a good way to make a name for yourself....zach davison?

Royal is front edge of both skis are off the jib and you feet are angled back

Broken is your back foot is dragging with the front edge on the jib and back is off

UFO both middle edges are on the jib and out side are off

Charle G redifined presses... at least he did for me...

Alex lalier does tons of variations on rails.

Thinking about it, I should have got some more of those tricks on tapes, especially on urban rails.

Where are the trailers to me gusta and dirty money? I wanna see this. And I agree about the crooked grinds, especially if they were moved out a little towards the tail or nose.

i don't hate on switchups, but you can only switch up so many times before it becomes some weird hucked tap dancing routine.

I hope some young gun comes along and redefines railsliding on skis.
