Rail Jam at Lost Valley! They need your help!

Hey guys! So there has been a lot of talk about Lost Valley in Auburn closing down due to lack of funds. Well it turns out that FOLV (Friends Of Lost Valley, a local organization created to help fund Lost Valley this year) has come up with over $23k in donations and fund raisers, which is enough to get one of the Mountain's two lifts turning. They need about $50k total to get both going, so help with that!

One way you can help out is by going to their RAIL JAM on October 19th from 11:00am to 1:00pm. It is $9 to register, and anyone under the age of 18 will need a parent's signature for registration/liability. This form is online and the link is on the Lost Valley webpage if you click on "Rail Jam" in their Calendar of Events (Shown below).

Help Lost Valley out! They are a small resort with a lot to offer including excellent terrain parks and pristine beginner terrain.

Any idea on what will be set up? Wish it was on a different day because Ill probably be at the crotched mountain rail jam that same day. If it seems worth it though, I might be persuaded to spend the extra 9 bucks and head up to Lost Valley. First place I ever really skied, wanna support as much as possible.

I'm somewhat in charge of setting it up, so what do you want up? They're open to suggestions but they're trying to keep it fairly basic with maybe 2 boxes and a rail, and a low number of kinks.

Last year they had 1 flat rail and a flat box with a really small roller box at the bottom. The problem was there was no speed at ALL. I'm Counting on you Jamie to get a lot of snow for this haha
