Rail Features YOU'D like to see...

there was one at gunstock like 2 years ago. it was so fun. i just wish i was good enough to do stuff on it back then. cuz it was sick. like a 4 foot drop afterwards and the up to flat seemed easy to swap. it could be easily destroyed
 
a nice long battleship with like 20degree angles, a long down rail with a short flat part at the end (like the black one at blue mtn). a really wide S-rail with an Up part at the end to give even more kick
 
TUbes TUBES tubes and more tubes. A flat one to a nice drop to tranny. An up flat one. An up one. A nice urban down one. An Urban DFD one.
 
i wanna see a rail jam that was the length of a slopestyle coarse but every feature has a rail or cannon box/rail in it, mix that shit up.

id also want to see a comp with only different types of jumps... step down, step up, true tables, spines, big air jumps, and maybe small jumps to get creative on.

a big up pyramid shaped thing that can be hit as a wallride/rail (like the gatorade rail at killington okemo and brighton) but bigger. i think bear has one
 
up-gap-down rail. like an a-frame that doesnt't connect at the top. that and bonk into a dfd rail. the bonk onto dfd box at sunday river was fun as fuck this season.

down, double kink, drop to flat

simple is best really, especially in a scaffolding set up like the campus rail jams. haven't been a fan of the set ups the past two years, but three years ago was so awesome.

a kinked urban rail with a stair set in the middle then an urban wall ride on the other side with a rail on top just realized they kinda had that in the dew tour minus the wall ride acess
 
Donkey dicks suck, if there is gonna be a short flat it should be at least 3ft long and mellow.
 
Word. I hate it when rails or boxes are down with a fucking foot long up part at the end. Donkey dicks are better when they're mellower.

The one from Rails to Riches this year was soooo scary. It was like a down up.
 
maybe not in a rail jam, but a feature like this looks like it would be really fun. It starts off with the regular diameter of a tube rail, and then in the middle it has the diameter of a regular mailbox. You could get some major switch up action in the center of the rail.

how would that hols together. i would be sliding it thinking, why the hell didnt they just build an up down?
 
The only reason you don't like them is because the only ones you've seen are the R2R one and the ass raper at Sugarbush. Go hit a proper one and they are so nice.

And someone said an urban flat rail? YUCK, flat features should never be urban....

I want a true rollercoaster box, a double rainbow mixed with an s. A double rainbow isn't a rollercoaster guys.

More wall ride boxes, the one at Sugarbush was so sick.

Like everyone else is saying, tube everything.

I think an s with a down at the turning point would be an interesting rail haha. So it would be like c to down to opposite c.
