what material did u use for the top of the box ... and how did u cut it

Yep, HDPE. And it came pre cut from the donor.

Fairbanks is a really small town, I've got friends in every business here. It makes life easy, even if it's 30 below for a lot of the winter.

The HDPE is totally worth it, its so fun to slide. This rail is better than a lot of the ones at my local hill's park. Some people swear by half inch, but quarter inch seems to work just fine. It's cheaper too.

Box is 16 inches by 16 feet. We call it the Big Stiffy because we seriously overconstructed it and its stiff as fuck. My friends are like that kid in superbad. They draw dicks on everything.. double meaning to the rails name..... I'm responsible for the Obama stencil though.

Most alaskans wish palin was DTF, dems included.... But only 60% or so are true republicans. The other 40% are sane.
