Raichle( now Kneissl) customer service...

Anyone know how i can get a hold of Raichle customer service becasue im having a lil problem with my flexons and i kno i just need a small part to fix it from raichle but since they have change to kneissl it cant read the japanese shit on their site. Can someone please help me get an email or a number?
