Yeah I am relyy only doing this to piss off YEti, but come on seriously, you actually think racing is cool. You are a dying breed. Nobody wants to race anymore, its the reason moguls started, then freesking and newschool. It is the 2nd gayest part of skiing other then ballet skiing. Why is racing so fun? I don't understand, you are wearing GAY ASS SPANDEX, and not only that, why race down an icy slope when you could be skiing the same sort of line in 3 feet of powder which is way more fun. It costs about the same amount to heli ski every weekend as it does to competitivley race. You have so many god damn rules. Plus your sport is so rigid, it doesn't allow personal style. You're part of the sport of skiing is gay, not the racers themselves, but the fact thaty you stated that racers are better skiers then newschoolers, goes to show that your spandex is on a little tight. You are RETARDED. I got abunch of friends who used to race, and they all quit because they saw that there is more on a mountain then just a single run with gates, there is a terrain park, different runs, and a huge backcountry at almost every resort. Seriously you got issues if you still race, quit before your the last one. Coon

 
I think you should do what you want, snowblade, race, newschool whatever. Some people just like to see who is the fastest and to progress thier skills by the means of a racecourse. People should respect other people choice in riding the mountain. Think about it, we are all there to just ride the snow. Racers are just as cool as newschoolers. Comeone every one knows just wearing a speedsuit does not make you gay!

how can you even say that shit? have you ever raced? like seriously been into racing...to be good at it, it takes a tons more skill and determination that freeskiing. you should ask some pros about their thoughts on racing...you sound like a fucking snowboarder...you dont like racing cuz its not newschool...perhaps you should experience some of the things you talk shit about before you talk shit...
