Racing in freestyle boots.

After years of squeezing in 93mm STI's (which required hours of fitting to get it all dialed in) I figured it was time to get a 98mm boot for doing more touring in. I went with the PRO 130 this year to have a bit more comfort/room on longer touring slogs and bootpacking up ridges yet still have enough precision/control for the charging cliffs and long technical lines.

I'm very excited to be on the Redster this year. (I think my feet are too! Haha)

I've been getting my boots fit at Snowcovers for as long as I can remember. Lots of the staff have changed over, either see Phil or Ben these days.

Not sure if you know, but we are opening up a performance center for salomon and atomic boots this year in the base of the pan pacific. We are going to be focusing on custom fitting, in particular liners and footbeds. We are offering the best selection of custom fitting in town.

Come check us out, we open up on Saturday. id be happy to take a look at your boots and make you some really nice footbeds. It would be good to get some good locals onboard for this exciting new venture for both salomon and atomic.
