R.I.P Tab Music

yeah I know it was posion, and not a very descrptive way of reading music, but it was a very effective way for beginner guitarists such as myself to pick it up and run with it. People have taken legal action against sites and most sites I went to were shut down or in the process of shutting down.

Exactly. There have been legal threats and actions taken against File Sharing sites, but we don't see those going away. In fact now there are more than there ever were. Tabs will not go away, give it a few months and the number of tab sites will have only increased.

this started happening awhile ago on mxtabs it went to a different site...i think it sucks considering a lot of people use them to learn songs quick. to bad

tabs will still be in Band song books

www.ultimate-guitar.com is still up. i dont like it as much though but its pretty legit
