holy fuck I forgot what it was like to pass wine bottle size logs, when I was smoking the nicotine relaxed my intestines to the point where every toilet visit was just rusty water. brb taking another goliath shit

like yeah my lungs feel better and all but dropping logs the size of a baguette has changed my outlook on life

I quit in December. Havent felt better in 3 years. Did a lot of ski touring to reduce the cravings. Skiing is the solution to all lifes problems

I smoked for 14 years of my life, something I wish I never started. I was at a 2 pack a day habit before I quit less than 10 years ago. Man, what a challenge it was to quit. I didnt use any gum, no medication, no patches........ it takes something from deep inside to make the change. You have to want it for you, you cant quit because someone is asking you to do it. I did it pure cold turkey and I did it, granted it was challenging when I would go with friends and get my drink on but I just had to tell myself no. Everyone is different of course but just calculate out the money you spend on it and see what you are spending monthly. Here in Washington cigs are almost $10 bucks a pack. Do your math, you could buy some new gear or a pass for the amount a person spends on smoking.
