I think May is valid. It's a bit overdone. I'm all for a nice parade or whatever but it does look like Germany in 1939 if everyone was gay. Not that a 1939 Gay Nazi Germany parade can't be nice. Just overdone with flags. You lived in Aspen, you should know what the proper amount of gay flags looks like.

Comparing Pride Flags to Nazi Germany is an Alex Jones level leap. Sure some stuff is over done but most places they're up for June or if the place has a gay event/ski thing.

Yes that's a leap but he is comparing the amount of flags flying at a gay event to a Nazi event. I believe he is saying there's just too many flags in that photo and that it's not a good look. Which I think is a valid take. If they cut down the flags by 2/5ths or 3/5ths it would feel more normal.

There are too many flags across the board IMO, too many trump flags, pride flags, thin blue line flags, Ukraine flags, Israel flags, Palestinian flags, giant American flags at car dealerships, my local McDonald’s has three flagpoles??? It’s a waste of resources

i mean in rural areas a lot of ranches have every pole with an american flag. sometimes they supplement with flags like ‘fuck biden’ ‘trump won and the democrats stole the election’ ‘maga’ etc. and that shit is year round, 24/7 so really don’t see how a temporary decoration makes this WW2 like.

their gonna lose their shit once they find out how over the top people go to push their religion on people in december with christmas decorations ?
