The Candide Kamera edit got me thinking, why is Candide not visible as a sponsored athlete on Quiksilver's American Website? As an athlete, he is highly visible on the Quiksilver Europe site.

Is Quiksilver of North America afraid to show the North American market that they sponsor a freeskier?
 
I am well aware that France is in Europe, by why segment your athletes in such manner?
 
Many companies have separate N. American and European teams.

Maybe because Candide is a lot more well known and popular in France/Europe so that is the market that they are attempting to reach?
 
And for the record, Quiksilver's North American website gives exposure to European snowboarders...

So it's not a Euro/N. American thing.
