Quicktime Help

whenever i go to watch an edit or anything uploaded to the computer using quicktime the page tends to load for about 5 minutes then when its done loading the page stays blank and nothing ever shows up. Can someone please help me fix this problem or tell me what the problem is?

your best bet is prolly to update quicktime to the newest version. i donno what else would help though
 
yeah everything is updated i got a new computer for christmas with all the latest stuff...

could it be a problem with windows vista? i always here people saying it is terrible and malfunctioning...
