Quickrelease plate for Glidecam 2000 pro

I urgently need to get a Manfrotto quick release plate for my Glidecam 2000 pro. I'm mounting my t2i, and I'm curious to know which quick release plate i should buy. Which do you guys use and would recommend?

the 577 is made to go with 501/701 heads

just buy a cheap grip off ebay and leave it on your glidecam, 18 bucks well spent

if you want quick transfer from glidecam to tripod then do this

Does the giottos 621 not fit with 5/701's too? Says it does and it's significantly cheaper

20 bucks isn't enough for me to buy a cheaper brand, IMO stick with manfrotto

exactly. That quick-release is what is keeping my camera on the glidecam...I'll pay the extra $40 for the Manfrotto to make sure my camera doesn't go flying off...
