Quick warranty question?

searched and coudn't find anything....

When you send skis in to a company and they decide to warranty them do you get the messed up ski back?just wondering because my skis are beat up ,edge cracks,delam,etc. but ridable, and if they warranty them(most likely they will not) i would want them as an urban ski

depends on the company and the damage

the reason for a warranty is because the ski broke because of something the manufacturer did wrong

but its also to keep you safe. if you die because they made a faulty ski, then they are fucked. so sometimes its more of a liability issue.
 
in general if the ski isn't a write off (read snapped) and they decide not to warranty then they will return your skis.
