Quick rub-on wax?

How does the rub-on wax work? The kind that you apply, let sit, and then rub off? I dont have the money to buy an iron bar and iron right now, just wondering how it compares and if anyone use it..
 
glad to hear. i only have the time/money for quick applicant wax, so i try to do it after every time i ski, i hope it keeps my skis in good condition
 
its really not that sick, and you can get an iron for 30 bucks or just use an old house iron, as for wax you can get all temp bars for 4-5 bucks and they are good for atleast 4 waxes
 
ok sounds good - are there any threads on a tutorial for waxing that way? links? i searched but lotsssss of threads and i dont know where to look..
 
I have been using dakine rub on stuff in colorado with no problems just rub on once every trip, not as fast after 5-7 runs but alot still depends on your base material.
