Quick Quiver Question

Some of you guys seem to have a lotta dope skis. Then I realized, you gotta have bindings for all of them too. Then it dawned on me, how many boots do you fuckers have??? I'd imagine you can fit most of your skis to the same boot, albeit maybe different boots for the touring sticks? But even then, once it comes time for new boots, wouldn't you have to re-mount all of them?

I'm just sitting here drinking beer and became curious.
 
Most bindings are adjustable without remounting a decent ways (enough for tiny changes in new boot bsl). Pivots are the most annoying but even that is fine if the new boot is really close to old boot. I’m guessing most ppl have either one or two pairs of boots. One inbounds that’s fit to all their alpine bindings and one touring that’s fit to all their touring bindings. At least that’s how mine are. Also inbounds boots last super long. I just get new liners every 75ish days. Probably get 250 days out of boots no problem. But honestly I can’t even remember how long I’ve had my current ones.
 
Ahh this makes sense. I’ve been snowboarding the last 20 years and the one thing I always remembered about skiing was how your boots had to be specifically mounted, so I didn’t realize there was a little wiggle room there. Well, I’m happy for all of you who don’t also need 12 pairs of boots.

4 pairs of boots, -1 size down for more racy stuff, but most bindings can accomodate the 8-9mm bsl change

I also have a lot of binding freedom inserts.. .and just a lot bindings in general
