Alright NS, my parents have decided that we're getting rid of one of our cars and keeping the other. I have my pick between a 2000 Volvo V70XC and a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.
Volvo (car dealers pic)
pros:
has more room
slightly better gas mileage
less miles on it
newer
sunroof
cons:
it's been in a mild wreck
it's a "mom" car
it is kind of a "problem car" with a small repair issues
more expensive to repair
Jeep (car dealers pic)
pros:
has a ski box
better awd system
can tow things
better sound system
cheaper to repair
been in a garage when not being used
cons:
it's old
roughly 300,000 miles on it
worse acceleration than volvo
starting to rust - needs some body work
Note: both cars aren't worth very much, that's why I get to choose.
So NS, which one would you take?
