Questions you're asked when wearing a go pro

Seriously, the pants thing? There's a few guys at my local hill who do that. The shit people think looks cool nowadays. At least they aren't skiing my powder. On a storm day they're still practicing switch ups and 270 outs on a flat box.

Talk about gapers.

the worst is when a gaper will start making funny faces at the camera thinking it is on... so weird...

ski patroller: What's that thing?me: a camera

him: on your helmet?

me: yeah..

him: really?

me: no i was kidding, im actually on parole but i cant wear ski boots with the ankle monitor so they adapted one to fit on my helmet.

he shut up for the rest of the chair ride

Or:

When you're sitting in the chair lift, and you're kinda bored,

whilst people ride below you, you shout:

Hey! You Lost something!

And when they stop and look around you shout:

YOUR SPEED!!!!!11

and everybody has a great time and he waits at the bottom, ready to spoon.

today my friend got asked if that was a camera, and he answered that it was actually part of him, he is a cyborg... also we heard "hey honey, look thats in the x games!"

I was wearing my 1st gen Contour one day at Vail, and some little spoiled 10 year old snowboarder told me my camera was "a fucking fag camera" because he had 2 HD GoPros set up in that weird 3D thing so he could film himself 50/50ing the dance floor box.

ah shit i thought it was literally punching kids gopros. like everytime you see a kid filming with a gopro, go up to him and punch. how you like that shot motherfucker?!

the hotel i work at gives out gopros to kids who are going skiing, they film themselves, bring it back and our techy makes quick edits with them. the other day some kids mom legit asked me if she and her husband could make a sex tape

best thing to do is to hold it tight to your chest in the lift line not filming and make it look like your being secretive and point it at people to make them feel like they are being filmed and they freak out haha some run ski away, some put there hands out, some whisper to others, some actually do something cool, haha its fun.

for a society that has had cameras for 30+ years, people seem really perplexed by gopros. "Look at that thing on his helmet" "I think... its a camera"

Do you live in the depths of the amazon jungle? Most western/1st world nations have had cameras since the 1800s and they've been common for almost 100 years.

[girl giving me head]
Girl: Do you like this?Me: yes, im going to remember this moment forever.Girl: Are you filming this!?!?!? is that a GoPro?Me: No, go slow

Its beyond me why people wear their gopro and ski with it all day but never take a single shot... that just blows my mind
