how do you suppose this guy made his rail. its the like 20 foot slightly down rail at the begining. i know its like a single barrel pvc rail but how did he get it on that massive board cause i want to make one

to attach pvc, i drilled holes in the side toward the bottom of the pipe, then just scrwed the pipe to the wood on the bottom through the holes

whas it a single barrel and does it last long?
