Question on outerwear.

I have last years Oakley fair pant, and they have a small tear in the fabric 6 in above the cuff. Obviously I know that the likelihood of making it through the season is unlikely, as the rip grows but at what point is the rip "too big"? Or with any rip are they already ruined? The rip right now is about a 1/4 in long. Also since I don't wanna make another thread any cleaning tips for the white pants. Thanks guys

Patch it, You should be able to find fabric patches. Or sew it, or just be a boss and rock some duct tape.

Put the duct tape on, then iron it so the glue bonds with the fabric better.

As for stains. Just search "stains" in the search bar. You should get some results, I did it for you, it's fool proof.

Those still have a ton of life left. My pants have multiple 6 inch slashes all the way through, and a bit of duct tape works fine

they're ruined. you should burn the pants too, the rip is contagious as it is. you don't want those holes spreading to your other outerwear

Yea this is the first time any of my outerwear has had a small rip like that so I didn't know if it's like one of those things were once there is a small hole in em then the waterproofing is worthless and thusly the pants. But thanks for the positive input guys
