Question for all with Orange names

LOL, you obviously havent met a pro skier. congeniality isnt a requirement,

pro skiers are training like they are Olympic team members. water ramping all summer, training a trick until

its completely freestyle-LESS

Yeah dawg Im on a strict all-buffalo meat diet, running 9 miles a day, doing richard simmons workout vids, yoga, sex, shit like that. The strength and flexibility you gain from activities like these really helps with bigger maneuvers like 360's and 540's

hm. i really dunno about that. and i have met a few pro skiers. maybe a handful of elite high level competitive skiers do this, ie the mega pros. but thats because the shit they need to perform on a daily basis is so physically demanding that they need the practice and the training.
you obviously havent met a pro skier.

this is the only pic you have of you skiing

im looking for some real answers because im curious, I assume you guys are in incredible shape but how much is from just skiing and havin fun

nah, i didn't say that....i said even being coached is fun! skiing is fun no matter what, i mean it could get frustrating sometimes if you can't get a trick but you always got to remember why your in it....because its FUN! now training....i don't know about that, "training" is different for everyone. if your idea of training is working on the tramp, then thats fun....but if its going to the gym, which i definitely don't do, then its not that fun...i fucking hate the gym.

I love to run. don't really see it as training but come may every year get real stoked on it and usually run 7 days a week into october or november, trying to increase my speed/distance throughout the summer. feels good eh?

it's all about the finger exercises for the shutter finger.

Most cameras shoot 5-10 FPS, my index finger photographs at 57.9 FPS after following that video for 5 years.

(just kidding)

i think most people are not quite understanding your question. your trying to ask how many pros hit the gym and workout right? seems like most people think your asking if pros train as in practice tricks on skis and water-ramps and stuff.
i know i don't have an orange name but since i'm here i'll post. i work out 6 days a week from mid-april to mid-november lifting and running. it's for racing but being in good shape seems to have helped my park skiing as well. everyone should do something whether its running a few days a week or going to the gym to lift, it helps you stay healthy, feel good about yourself, and it doesn't make you a worse skier so it's worth it in one way or another.
