question about Line skis

how are they for all mountain skiing? i like to ski fast and i want a stiffer ski. i had the 1260's a few years back and they were noodles. what are the mavericks and the mike nick's like in comparison? please don't tell me to go into a shop and flex them because i don't have that option (i'm mailordering from overseas), and i'm sick of trying to wade through the company press about 'progressive all mtn flex', i just wanna know are they soft (like the 1260) or stiffer (like the troublemakers and public enemys).

also, is the darkside a twintip? it doesn't really specify that on the website.

cheers.

sup man... drop me a message if i forgot any of the ?'s or u have any more... umm i have a pair of mick nicks and i think they are the best skis ive ever rode on they are flexy not as much as a pair of 1080's... the mavericks are a little stiffer but don't have equal tip and tail but still good twin tips my friend owns a pair he loves them... and the darksides are supposed to be a great ski for turns and carving stiffer than other lines and they also are twin tips but not equal tip and tail... just enough so u can ride fakie in most conditions but lots of pow is not recomended

Line Skis = Good Ride

^ Not very good information. Mavs aren't that stiff. The MN Pro is a medium flex, pretty good for all mtn. I would say the 1080 is about the same as the MN's, maybe a little stiffer. If your looking for a stiffer park ski thats pretty good all mtn check out the Head Mojo's, Mad Trix(02), V-Pro's, or Atomic Tweaks or Stomps.

better to burn out...

...then fade away
