It does make carving a little washy, but not something you can't compensate for. The zero camber makes rails easier though because you have less chance of catch on the rail during slides, presses, butters, and switch-ups. As far as jumps, not the greatest choice, they do wash slightly if you land too backseat (again, not something you can't compensate for), but they can handle them, if you ski mostly 35feet and under jumps then you'll be complete fine and not really notice any issues.
