Question about iMovie

this is sucha noob questoin i have no clue how to use macs or whatever but does iMovie work on something besides macs? also isn't there like 6 different versions of it or something? i have no clue what i should get or what im doing..so a little help would be nice
 
aight thanks guys.. new question, what are good and not very expensive editing programs for PC..or ones that i can download or get the serial number from somewhere
 
well what quality are you looking for? you can use windows movie maker which comes on the computer, or you can spend a ton of money and buy (or download) adobe premier. it's all in what you want.

now my question: why are you asking about PC stuff in a mac cult?
 
well i was orginally asking about a mac software thing but then i just brought up that to see if anyone else knew about anything
