Question about Full Tilts.

Does anyone know how full tilts fit compared to spk pros? I wear a 29.5 spk pro and was wondering if the sizing is similar or not.

+K for help!

Thanks

opposite fits, full tilt is on the most narrow side of the spectrum and spk's are on the widest. essentially if spk's fit you chances are full tilts will not

^this. If you need a wide fitting park boot I have heard that the Ace of Spades is also pretty wide. But you should really go to a boot fitter and they can show you your options. Rather than looking for advice on boots here, boots are a bitch and there are no blanket rules

Full tilts = piece of plastic used for skiing and used by skinny twig feet

SPK's = Nice padded boot that works really well in park good for almost any foot.

while I would say that an SPK will fit more foot types than a Full Tilt, I would not say they fit almost any foot. They have a 105mm forefoot width, which is to say you can fit my foot with a sneaker on in it.

Look the only thing you need to know is Tom Wallisch wears them so there obviously good no matter how much pain your feet may be in.

look theyre both trend whore boots. with that said if you have been skiing in superparks you prolly bought them cuz of the marketing. with this said it is more than likely that your superparks are to big for you becuase you are most likely not a caveman. finally, full tilts are much lighter than superparks and endorsed by tammy wallnuts. many many many trend whores have moved from spk to full tilt. id say try em on or order em online from skis.com i think that lets you return them and exchange if they dont fit. and another bit of advice, doggers and booters=played out. be original for once and get konflicts or classics

^trendwhore boots because they
a) fit a certain foot and leg shape that many other boots don'tb) are light as ballsc) use technology that is honestly better than pretty much all 2 piece designs i.e. tongue and liner

or dont buy them online, because if they dont fit most shops will do free work to make them fit better, allow you to trade for a different boot, or give you a refund. not to mention it is supporting local shops. i personally bought my boots online(krypton rampage), but only because i was trying on a similar shell of my boot(krypton pro, more expensive and stiffer version of my boot), found the right size, had them look into ordering in a rampage in my size, they couldnt, offered a discount that still left me paying significantly more that i could afford, told them i was sorry but i could not afford to buy that boot and i was going to look online, they said no hard feelings but i would have to pay for any boot work.
right now i wish i had payed the extra money and gotten free bootwork to get a perfect fit and a nicer liner as well.

im not saying the technology is bad. the boots are crazy light but the vast majority of kids in the park are rocking full tilts cuz they are endorsed by pros and look cool. theres nothing wrong with that either but hardly any of the kids get theirs fitted and molded which makes them so much better. to the op go to boot fitter and ask if full tilts can work for you

yeaahhh, my feet slide side to side in spks, even when really tighty buckled, just because they're so wide.

They are kinda for opposite feet, ft's are for skinnier feet and spks are for fatter feet. I have spks and the fit great but after i bought then i found out the were to wide, so i just had to deal with it. I'd get fitted by ure loval shop they are usally very knowledgeable, and they will pick the best boot for your foot

have not read anything in this thread (or any other thread title full tilt & spk), No, a 29.5 spk does not = a 29.5 full tilt

spk is 337, full tilit i think is 330 but dont quote me on the full tilt BSL, and if anyone was wondering the BSL for full and half sizes is the same so 29 and a 29.5 have the same BSL

I put up a list of all of the Full Tilt BSLs on the "Official Boot Sole" thread, along side the "traditional" breakdown

I had the SPK kreations for 2 years and they were good lots of room and cumfy. This was untill I tried on full tilt. They fit very snug and are extremy cumfortable! Also the flex is soo much nicer on the FT.

these fulltilt threads need to stop!! so many have been made asking about the difference between spks and fulltilts. just use the damn searchbar
