There are a few NS members that go to Queen's including myself. As far as urban spots go there aren't too many, but its not hard to find massive pvc tubes lying around to sesh in the winter.
Ya Im in my first year here, Ive seen a couple spots around but as the guy above me said not too much. It looks like the ski club and the urban ski club do some cool stuff throughout the year tho.
I found a skate park, Polson park which isnt far from campus and i'm working with one of my engineering buddies to design a tow winch to use. Once it snows maybe we could get a queens rail jam or something going
