I also like how the EU advised their residents not to accept blood transfusions in Bulgaria. Apparently there is no oversight (surprise) with donors there and it was not uncommon to pick up HIV and other blood infections and viruses from donated blood.

Its obviosly fake. But in quebec they don't really care if your underage. I'm almost 17 but look younger and I don't get ID'ed at convinience stores.
