QP (skateboard)

i wanna make a quarterpipe for skateboarding. nothing big just about maybe 3.5 feet just something to fool around with. i dont have much wood or anything but i got some. anyone have some plans or ideas for making a ghetoo QP

Take a look at this website ( http://rampplans.org/ramps/ ) there are a couple plans for qps and vert ramps. Most of the ramps are very well built (ie not super cheap), but you could probably work with the plans to design one that would be cheaper to build.

you just have to cut two sidewalls the tranny and size you want then put 2x4's cross ways i dont know how to explain but like between the sidecuts on the part where you will be skating like pretty close together but not too close say 3/4 ft or so

and do that in the corners and such
