Hey I got 2 questions

I got px 12 bindings set for my 25.5 boots but I am getting smaller boots 24.5 or 24 I was wondering if I need a remount?

Also I am looking into nordica's is there a difference between the shell size for 24 and 24.5 or is it just the liner?

Thanks

for the liner question, i'm pretty sure it's just the liner thats a little bigger, thats how lange does it. i'd say you'd be fine with the boot sizez

the bindings will most likley adjust one size down. Bring your skis in when you get new boots to see if thats the case.

The shell is the same between a 24 and a 24.5, but the insole is what makes the difference. The smaller size will have a thicker insole. If you have custom insoles it wont make any difference with what size you go with.

I think the PX12's have 45mm of heeltrack adjustment. So it depends on where on the track the tech originally mounted the bindings..you shouldn't need a remount though.

i.e If the heelpiece was in the middle of the track when mounted then you should have enough play to adjust for the smaller size, but if the heelpiece was originally positioned forward then it could be tough. So it really comes down to how they were originally setup

I hope that made sense.

And yeah with Nordicas, it's just the original footbed that is thicker - nothing else different whatsoever. I recently got supercharger ignitions so i know this for a fact - as said ^, if you have custom footbeds then they are identical boots.
