definitely not an accident. You can see in the slow motion the guy looks before he swings his arm, and plus it doesn't look like he had any other reason to be swinging his arms like that. He also backs up before he hits her, which means he's setting himself up for the hit. Basically two dicks out to start a fight gets owned.
