ski_cartel Active member Apr 30, 2007 #2 the only bad experence I have ever had is when i lan on it and my edges dig in because i am to far forward. But shit happens. PVC does crack tho, so either replace the pipe every year or fill it with expandable insulating foam.

Goobie Member May 1, 2007 #4 i used pvc and it slides like mad. no cracking problems either but i had a pretty thick pole.
