PVC questions

If i used skis without edges on a pvc rail like a flat or down or battle ship pvc rail, would it be harder to balance. Im sure i wouldnt scrape off much of the pvx if there was no metal edge?

Cus i heard you can scrape into the piping and then you have to sand it down or you'll bust on the that rivet each time?/

Do you already have skis with no edges. I suppose it might not dig in as much, but I don't think it's worth taking edges out of your urbans. And they'll fall apart quicker.

why would there be a rivet in the top of the PVC?

I do have skis with zero edges.

There would be a rivet or Divet my bad from hitting the pvc witha sharp edge?
