PVC guttering

I was in my Science class today and we're doing a unit called "Forces in Motion" and we set up obstacles that marbles slide down and find shit but, one of the obstacles was made of guttering, with PVC material, I was checking it out and it would make a BEAUTIFUL PVC rail, I just dont know how to secure it to wood becuase theres no were to screw it looks like this

the shaping didnt turn out right, but it has a flat side, it goes in at an angle, then flat top.
