Putting Vids on Ipod

Ok, i have a few videos i want on my ipod, they are mp4's and i imported them into itunes, but when i go to update the ipod, they wont go on. anyone know whats wrong?

you have to re-soze the video to the ipod size (320x260)

uhhh i use quick time pro, if you have a mac i can give you the activation code. If you have a pc go to the threads i made and i have one about quick time pro. In it there is a activation code for the pc version

dam, i dont have the code around anymore. there are other programs that can do it, what do you have?

I was able to just select the video, go to "advanced", then click "convert selection for ipod"
