Put salt on your jumps?

Just made a huge backyard jump this weekend and it was just below freezing so we added a bit of water and a good bit of salt and it worked great, deff try it out.
 
throw a bunch of bottles of water into a duffel bag when you go do urban, and as wou build the jump, just dump some on and pack it down with your skis...
