i dont even talk to people i know, let alone the random acquaintances ive accumulated over the years..
 
I haven't gotten a single friend request yet. I don't think I'll get that many, if any at all. Although, maybe it's cause I'm fat... Nahh.
 
I got sick of NSers and randome people adding me on facebook

so now after I deleted it once I remade it and have a very little amount of friends that are people I know and need a facebook to keep in contact with.

my friend and i went on a little road trip for my birthday a few weeks back, ended up getting a free pass for the day and rode with an awesome group of kids that i'd never met before, all thanks to ns.
 
I def agree, we met up with a legit NSer in p.c. this past winter, it was sick how you have one sticker or a shirt or something then there's automatically a reason to introduce yourself.
 
It's obviously still a forum but it's uses go pretty much as far as skier classified ads, skiing themed video site, skier's CNN.com etc etc. One site to meet the people, catch up in basically everything and catch some lolz while you're at it
